This Shipping Policy explains how Nalvina processes and delivers orders placed through nalvina.com.
1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Orders may require additional processing time during:
- Major sales or promotional periods.
- Public holidays.
- Periods of unusually high order volume.
- Payment or fraud verification.
- Address verification.
- Product availability checks.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when the order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 20–25 calendar days after dispatch.
This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
The total estimated delivery period consists of:
- Order processing time; and
- Carrier transit time after dispatch.
Delivery may take longer because of customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect address information, or other events outside our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Destinations
Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout.
An order can only be completed when the delivery country or region is supported by the checkout system.
We do not claim that orders are dispatched from a particular country, state, or local warehouse unless this is specifically confirmed on the relevant product page or order confirmation.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
The customer will have an opportunity to review the order subtotal, shipping charge, and total price before submitting payment.
Any free-shipping offer applies only when the order satisfies the conditions clearly displayed on the website or during checkout.
5. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, a tracking number or tracking link will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
Tracking information may take several business days to update after the shipment confirmation is issued.
A temporary lack of tracking movement does not necessarily mean that the package has been lost.
6. Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless these charges are expressly included during checkout, they may be collected separately by local customs authorities or the delivery carrier.
Nalvina does not control charges imposed by government authorities.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please review the following before submitting an order:
- Recipient name.
- Street address.
- Apartment or unit number.
- City.
- State or province.
- Postal code.
- Country.
- Telephone number where requested.
Contact us promptly if you notice an address error.
We will try to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
8. Split Shipments
An order containing multiple items may be delivered in more than one package.
Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and may arrive on different dates.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.
9. Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, contact us with:
- Your order number.
- The email address used for the order.
- The delivery address.
- Any tracking information received.
We will review the shipment status and assist with an appropriate investigation.
10. Lost or Delivered-but-Not-Received Packages
If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check the delivery area, mailbox, reception, and safe locations.
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
- Contact the delivery carrier where possible.
- Contact us if the package remains missing.
We may request written confirmation or additional information to assist with the carrier investigation.
11. Refused and Undeliverable Packages
A package may be returned because of:
- An incorrect address.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts.
- Refusal by the recipient.
- Failure to complete required customs procedures.
- Failure to collect the package.
If a package is returned to the authorized facility, we will contact the customer regarding available options.
Applicable shipping or return costs may be deducted from a refund where the delivery failure was caused by customer-provided information or refusal, except where prohibited by law.
